This Privacy Policy explains how Aiona Core LLC (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit estraladaily.com (the “Site”), contact us, send an order request or a partnership inquiry, or subscribe to our newsletter. We are the U.S. distributor of Estrala products.

Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message.
Order requests: your name, email address, phone number (optional), shipping address, the product option and quantity, any notes, and the time you accepted our Terms of Sale.
Newsletter: your email address and the dates on which you subscribed, confirmed or unsubscribed.
Partnership inquiries: your name, company, role, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (if you give it), country or market, business type, area of interest, your message and the time you sent it.

We do not collect payment card details on the Site. When we confirm an order, payment is handled through the payment method we specify at that time, under that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

Security data: when you send a form we store a one-way, non-reversible hash of your IP address and your browser type, to prevent spam and abuse. We do not store your IP address in readable form.
Spam protection: where enabled, our forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which collects hardware and software information such as device and browser data and sends it to Google for analysis. reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Fonts: the Site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
Analytics (only with your consent): if you allow analytics cookies, we may use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the Site — for example the pages viewed, clicks and scrolling; Clarity can also produce heatmaps and session recordings in which sensitive information is masked. These tools load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. See the Google Privacy Policy and the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Server logs: our hosting provider may log technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, to keep the Site secure and running.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies: one remembers your cookie choice for six months, and reCAPTCHA may set cookies to tell people and bots apart. Analytics or advertising cookies, if we use them, are loaded only after you allow them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time: .

How we use your information

to answer your questions and provide customer support;
to process order requests — to confirm your order, arrange payment, ship your products and handle returns;
to answer partnership inquiries and follow up on distribution, retail and other business opportunities;
to send our newsletter, only after you have confirmed your subscription through the link we email you (double opt-in);
to protect the Site, our customers and ourselves against spam, fraud and abuse;
to comply with legal obligations, including the record-keeping and reporting obligations that apply to dietary supplements.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases: performing a contract with you or taking steps at your request (orders, questions and partnership inquiries), your consent (newsletter and optional cookies), our legitimate interests (security and spam prevention) and compliance with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

service providers who help us run the Site and our business — hosting, email delivery, spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA), fonts (Google Fonts), analytics with your consent (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) and Google Workspace, where partnership inquiries sent through our trade-show form are stored in Google Sheets;
shipping carriers and payment providers, when we fulfil your order;
public authorities, when the law requires it — for example to report a serious adverse event related to a dietary supplement — or to protect our rights;
a successor, if our business is reorganized or sold.

If we use advertising cookies, we do so only with your consent. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

We add your address to our list only after you click the confirmation link we email you. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also write to support@estraladaily.com at any time.

How long we keep information

We keep messages and order information for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe, after which we keep only a record of the unsubscription. Data used to limit repeated form submissions expires after ten minutes.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you; to access, correct or delete it; to receive a copy; to opt out of marketing and of the sale or sharing of personal information; and to withdraw your consent. Residents of California and other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws may exercise these rights, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may also object to or restrict processing and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@estraladaily.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request, and you may use an authorized agent.

Children

The Site and our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections and restricted access to form submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in other countries. Estrala products are manufactured in Poland by Estrala Sp. z o.o..

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and significant changes will be highlighted on the Site.
